This meat salting device is suitable for injecting pickle liquor in small meat industrial plants.
Operation
It is a simply constructed, good price level device. The built-in pickle liquor pump uses 230V electric supply. There are injecting heads with 1-2-3-4 or 5 needls, that have to be connected to the pistol that you can see in the photo. The injecting of the pickle liquor is by the pistol arm. If the arm is inactive, a built-in pressure relief takes the fluid back to the pickle container.
